Body Polish with Rose & Blue Mallow

Perfect for use in the shower this lotion forming salt scrub will gently polish your skin leaving it feeling  soft, supple and moisturised and gently perfumed.

With three varieties of some of our most precious flowers, you will find that a weekly exfoliation in the shower will do your skin the world of good.

How do you  use Body Polish with Rose & Blue Mallow? 

Just jump under the shower and get wet all over... take a small amount of Body Polish and gently rub in a cirular motion over your skin. 

•  Hint: I do a limb at a time.. arms, legs then torso and neck. Shower with a friend and you can exfoliate you back as well! Don't forget your hands and feet ...these areas really do benefit from a good weekly exfoliation.

Now comes the fun part...jump back under the shower and gently polish/wash each body part.  As the water mixes with the polish you will find it turns into a divine lotion - moisturising and perfuming the body as you rinse clean.

• Hint:make sure that all the scrub has gone down the drain and you will be left with a perfectly clean shower without any slippery or  oily clean up required.

After your have removed all the scrub dry yourself down with a warm fluffy towel...gently dabbing your skin. 

What is in it? 

Rose petals (Rosa spp. - Rosaceae) are noted not only for their beauty and colour but even more importantly for their soothing and calming qualities - not to mention their romantic inclinations as well!

Blue mallow (Malva sylvestris) is a beautiful dark purple blue flower which when brings its emollient and gently astringent properties to this gentle scrub.

Jasmine (Jasminum officinale) We have also included exotic Jasmine flowers in this luxurious floral mix. Jasmine has long been used to calm and gentle the body as well as the mind often being used to assist hormone irregularities.

Salt: Salt is a natural cleanser and antibacterial.  It is a perfect exfoliator for our body polish as it provides an effective but not too aggressive polish to the skin yet rinses away cleanly in a matter of minutes without leaving a  residue in the shower. Salt is said to be effective in removing toxins and has traditionally used to cleanse not only the body but also the mind and spirit.

Jojoba Oil: With a chemical composition close to the bodies natural sebum  this luxury oil is used in our body polishes to promote moisturisation and enhance skin health.

Grapeseed Oil:  This light botanical oil is a beautiful addition to our body polishes providing extra moisturising factors for your skin.

Emuslifiying Waxes:  These botanical based waxes help to convert the scrub paste into a creamy exfoliating lotion when you step under the shower. 

This in turn means that there is no oily residue after you use our body polish in the shower as the oil is converted into a lotion and the excess is washed down the drain!
