Achy Breaky Rub

Price: $14.95

Achy Breaky Rub®

For those aching muscles and joints. Leonie formulated this aromatherapy and herbal based salve to help deal with her Fibromyalgia muscular aches and pains.

With St Johns Wort, Calendula and a range or essential oils for stimulating circulation and helping with inflammation, many of our clients are telling us that it is also great for arthritis, sports injuries & tense muscles.

Achy Breaky® was made by Leonie so she could use it at work- applying it under her clothes without staining them and without overwhelming her colleagues with strong aromas. Keep a jar in your desk to help with shoulder and lower back strain.

Achy Breaky® would have to be one of our most remarked upon products. Our clients are telling us that they find Achy Breaky ® is amazing with arthritic, muscular and joint pain. We have had numerous reports of people finding this herbal rub has helped in conditions where little else has. They are also amazed at how little needs to be applied to obtain relief.

How to use Achy Breaky® Rub

1. Using the popstick supplied scrape out a small amount of  Achy Breaky® Rub from the jar. (Hint: use the popstick like a butter knife and scrape out the salve rather than chunking it out- this softens the salve and makes it much easier to apply)

2. Apply salve to the required area and rub gently into the skin.  There is NO NEED to vigorously massage and dig into the muscles...sometimes this can be detrimental and quite bruising to already distressed muscle tissue.  Allow the rub to sink into the skin - if there is still an oily residue 10 to 20 minutes after application then you have most probably used too much... reduce the amount next time.

3. If applicable apply some  Achy Breaky® Rub to the part of the spine that 'controls' the affected area.  e.g. sore shoulder or elbow then also apply rub to the neck, sore hip or knee then apply extra rub to the lower back. The reasoning behind this is that much of the muscular aches and pains we have are often referred pain from the spine and applying rub to these areas can assist in reducing the inflammation in these areas.

4.  Apply as often as needed.
